REQUIRED DOCUMENTS BELOW ALONG WITH YOUR RENTAL APPLICATION:

1. Photocopy of your Driver’s License, Identification Card or Other Picture Identification issued by the government.
2. Photocopy of Social Security Card.
3. Photocopies of two (2) recent Paycheck Stubs or two (2) most recent Bank Statements.
4. Credit Check Fee, paid either by personal check, cashier’s check, or money order for $30.00 per application / 18 yrs & older.*
